I was a senior product manager at a climate-tech startup for over three years. During my time as a PM, I launched several products responsible for over half of the startup's revenue. I also helped scale my company from pre-series A to post-series D unicorn status. During my time as a product manager, I led a team of engineers, designers, and other PMs. I also have extensive experience with go-to-market strategy, user research, and leadership stakeholder management.

About Aateeb

I am currently a MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to Sloan, I spent almost four years as a product manager for a climate-tech startup in San Francisco. I have been and continue to be passionate about the startup ecosystem and the sustainability economy. Outside of my professional life, I like to cook, read, hike, and surf!

Why do I coach?

I've been really lucky throughout my career to be the beneficiary of amazing coaching and mentorship. This is particularly true in previous jobs where I have had managers who support and lift me up as well as in the admissions process for business school. I'd love to pay some of the lessons I have learnt forward so that you don't make some of the same mistakes I did. I am a big believer that, no matter what your goals are, you should be very precise on your "why" so that you can put an authentic foot forward. I'd love to help you find your why in the same way that many mentors helped me find mine!
