Grant has helped clients get into these companies:
In college, I was the VP of professional development in my 200 person business club. I reviewed dozens of resumes a semester and gave feedback that would ultimately land members jobs post-college. After graduation, I led campus recruiting for Bain & Co at my alma mater. This role required me to review hundreds of a resumes each year to determine who qualified for interviews. Your resume shouldn't be a bottleneck -- it should be what jumpstarts your interview process. I understand undergraduate / young professional resumes and Linkedin profiles inside and out. I'd love to help understand your experiences and work together to tell a compelling story to recruiters and potential managers that will move you to the top of any candidate list.
Grant can help with:

About Grant
Born and raised in Ohio, I grew up in a community that didn't share big dreams and often promoted becoming a future "townie." I went to a public college in Ohio to save money and worked tirelessly for 4 years to land a job at Bain & Co after graduation. Using the skills I learned at Bain, I left to lead the wholesale business of an emerging men's athleisure brand for 1 year. I have since returned to Bain where I hope to impact companies in the retail space before starting my own brand.
Why do I coach?
No one makes it alone. I have had countless mentors throughout high school, college, and my career that have shaped my experience and helped me achieve my goals. But the real reason I love coaching is the potential to change someone's trajectory. Based on factors outside of my control, it was highly unlikely that I would crack an industry like consulting with a top firm out of college. I want to help people (especially when the odds are stacked against them) navigate career paths that they may not have easy access into. Being part of the journey that unlocks growth in others has been one of the joys of my career. I jump at every formal and informal mentorship / coaching opportunity because of the deep satisfaction of seeing someone get "unstuck" or have a breakthrough working toward their goals.
