About Gregory

I am a seasoned consultant, coach and strategist, drawing on over 25 years of experience in management consulting to empower individuals and groups towards achieving their utmost potential. My expertise lies in the synthesis of Positive Psychology and strategic organizational development, offering a unique and effective approach to personal and professional growth. Holding advanced degrees from some of the world's leading institutions—including a Master’s in Social Science from the California Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and a Doctorate in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University—my academic journey has been as enriching as it has been enlightening. It was through these experiences that I developed a passion for understanding the dynamics of human potential and the mechanisms that drive successful, fulfilling lives. My professional path has been defined by a deep commitment to fostering strategic thinking and resilience. Whether through consulting for Fortune 500 companies or guiding individuals through transformative life coaching, the core of my work lies in unlocking the profound capabilities within each of us. The transition from organizational consulting to life coaching was spurred by my desire to connect more personally with the impact of my work, helping others to discover and harness their unique strengths in a more direct and meaningful way. What truly motivates me is the joy and fulfillment I derive from seeing individuals break through barriers, redefine their perceptions of success, and achieve a sense of purpose and well-being that resonates deeply with their personal values. My approach to coaching is both evidence-based and intuitively driven, tailored to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of those I work with. In every engagement, I aim to inspire a journey of growth that is not only strategic and goal-oriented but also deeply reflective and transformative. My mission as a coach is to facilitate a space where clients can explore, develop, and thrive, turning aspirations into tangible outcomes.

Why do I coach?

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to witness profound transformations—both within organizations and individuals. My journey from consulting for businesses to focusing on one-on-one and small group coaching was inspired by a desire to connect more intimately with the process of change and growth. There's an unparalleled satisfaction in observing the immediate and tangible impact of coaching on an individual's life. For me, coaching is not just about achieving goals; it's about unlocking someone's potential that even they might not have been aware of. It's about guiding individuals through their unique paths to discovery, resilience, and ultimately, fulfillment. This transition to coaching has allowed me to leverage my background in Positive Psychology and strategic management in a more personal and impactful way. Witnessing my clients achieve breakthroughs and cultivate a mindset geared towards positive change reinforces my belief in the power of coaching. It's deeply rewarding to play a part in someone's journey towards a more fulfilling life, and this is why I coach. The opportunity to make a meaningful difference, one individual at a time, is what drives me.
