Why do I coach?

I coach because I'm passionate about helping others achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Throughout my athletic, academic, and professional careers, I've had the privilege of working with some incredibly talented mentors and coaches who have helped me develop my skills, build my confidence, and navigate challenging situations. These mentors have had a profound impact on my life, and I'm grateful for their guidance and support. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to face obstacles and make progress towards your goals, which is why I'm committed to offering support and guidance to my clients. I want to be a coach to provide a positive impact on someone else's life who is in a similar position to me. Whether you're looking to develop your leadership skills, transition to a new career, or overcome a particular challenge, coaching can provide you with the tools and strategies you need to succeed. Centerbridge Partners

As a Private Equity Senior Associate in the Technology Group at Centerbridge Partners, L.P., I have gained extensive experience in transaction execution and portfolio company management. Centerbridge is a private investment firm with approximately $34 billion in capital under management, focused on private equity, credit, and real estate. My responsibilities have included leading commercial and financial due diligence, as well as working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvement and growth. Some of my notable transaction and portfolio company experience includes my role in the acquisition and subsequent sale of Precisely (formerly known as Syncsort), a leading provider of data integrity software. Additionally, I spearheaded the acquisition of AHEAD, a leading cloud and data center solutions provider to Fortune 1000 companies, as well as the simultaneous acquisitions of RoundTower and Kovarus. Overall, I have played an integral role in driving value creation for Centerbridge and its portfolio companies.

Investment Banking Analyst

Lazard

June 2017 - June 2019

As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology Group at Lazard Ltd, a publicly traded financial advisory and asset management firm, I gained valuable experience in financial analysis and advisory services. Lazard operates in 41 cities across 26 countries globally, providing a truly global perspective on financial services. One of my key accomplishments during my time at Lazard was leading the first-year analyst recruiting, training, and mentoring efforts within the TMT group, resulting in a 100% two-year retention rate for the cohort. Additionally, I developed standardized work templates during my free time, which significantly improved efficiency and are still widely used by Lazard and other prominent Wall Street institutions. In my role, I advised CBS on its $48 billion merger with Viacom, a transaction that created one of the most important content producers and providers globally. Overall, my time at Lazard provided me with a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction execution, as well as leadership and mentorship skills.
