Furthermore, as a Recruiting Director for our Empower Program (a recruiting program focused on Black and Latinx MBA candidates), I was personally responsible for preparing ~15-20 high-potential candidates, and achieved a historically high admission rate. Throughout my time at BCG, I helped dozens of candidates coming out of undergrad and grad school prepare for case interviews.
