Thus as your Career Development Coach I help you navigate the early stages of your career. I provide assistance and support in setting and reaching career development goals. I coach you in networking, "managing up", and how to find fulfillment in your career. I'll show you sustainable networking and career development skills so that you can use to build and succeed in your career today and in the future. Besides developing soft skills I also coach you with deliverables such as a stronger resume, interview skills, and drafting cover letters.

Most of the package will be in the form of live sessions/video calls however I do give "homework" and some deliverables will be in written form which can be edited and done offline through google drive.

I spent 8 years trying to figure out how to climb the corporate ladder and "manage up"; early on in my career, I was unsuccessful. It wasn't until I started establishing relationships with a few helpful mentors, studying for my MBA, and when I volunteered as a Career mentor for undergrad students did I learn from mistakes and start to better understand what was needed to build a successful career. So, utilizing my personal failures and successes, including landing a role as a Sr. Consultant at a Consulting firm, despite applying off-season, and my natural ability to coach, I now help recent undergrads in career development. I particularly enjoy and excel working with recent undergrad students understanding that post graduation is an anxious time, especially for those unsure of their career. Besides providing support and advice, I coach my clients in understanding themselves and determining their goals so that they approach each role confidently and with a strong narrative. Clients of mine have been able to learn sustainable relationship and career building skills, allowing them to make a positive impact in their role and advance in their career.
