In 2021, I received offers from McKinsey, Bain, and BCG and became the 1st U.S. BCG intern to receive an offer to intern part-time before my summer internship where I helped grow a practice to $2M. Since then, I've helped 12+ clients get offers at MBB in offices around the world including Dubai, Hong Kong, Copenhagen, and the U.S. My philosophy is identifying your weaknesses through a mock case interview, and then designing exercises that enable you to target those issues through purposeful practice. About Sanjeev

Hi! I"m Sanjeev, an incoming Associate at BCG. I graduated from UNC with majors in computer science and business, and spent most of my time in undergrad building products for Y-Combinator startups around the world like Nabis (YC W19) and Bamboo (YC W20), consulting for F500 companies like GSK and Lenovo, and building and investing at student-run venture capital funds. I decided to join BCG because I was excited about the opportunity to learn how to transform legacy industries with technology and have a long-term alignment toward building software and hardware products in emerging markets.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I had mentors who gave extensive time, energy, and support to me, and that's the only reason I've been able to be in the place where I am today. It's no question that consulting, and the business industry as a whole, have the deck stacked towards those of higher income status, and I'm committed to helping bridge that gap as a mentor.
