I've been developing new products from idea to launch, managing high growth (e.g. MS Teams, Zalando Direct), mature (e.g. Outlook) and early stage (e.g. Microsoft Incubator) products. I've been driving core product experience, platform, user onboarding & growth experience for marketplaces, SaaS, productivity & collaboration apps.

About Sergei

Hi, I am Sergei, a Product Lead driving new big bets for Microsoft as part of their Incubation team. My journey to product management began after several years spent as an investment banker and private equity professional. My thirst for new experiences and growth has taken me to various parts of the world, including the USA, Germany, Canada, and Mexico, where I lived and worked, enriching my perspective on life and career. In the midst of my travels, I earned my MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Why do I coach?

Coaching is a passion of mine because it provides a platform to tackle complex challenges and reach new heights. I relish the opportunity to collaborate with motivated individuals and organizations to uncover their untapped potential, conquer obstacles, and accomplish their aspirations.
