I am an autistic self-advocate and startup leader, focused on helping autistic people grow in their careers into management and decision-making roles. As Chief Technology Officer at Mentra, I am the manager of four software engineers, three of whom are neurodivergent. I've also been through hundreds of interviews as a neurodivergent self-advocate.
