(6 months) o Co-led cybersecurity market analysis leveraging peer benchmarking and consumer discovery to identify customer willingness to pay, and the most important features across Manage Detect and Response (MDR) cyber-security domains (i.e. Network, End-point, IAM, Cloud, etc.) to help Large Tech Co. improve their offering in the competitive ~$150B industry o Co-developed HR hierarchies and analyzed over 85,000 employee profiles across 11 companies including Large Tech Co. and its peers to determine the appropriate talent mix within Large Tech Co.’s organization o Created a competitive benchmarking process that highlights Large Tech Co.’s sales and margin performance relative to peers across key dimensions and product lines across consumer and commercial segments to identify and close performance gaps Cybersecurity Strategy – Large Software Co.
