About Yashas

Hi I'm Yashas, but I go by Yash. I graduated from Southern Methodist University with a full merit scholarship and started my career at Bain & Company. Since then, I've worked in startups (successfully exiting) and moved functions across Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue Operations and Product Management. I'd love to assist you in crafting your professional path. I spent 4 years at Bain focused on restructuring organizations, high-level strategic planning and private equity due diligence. I left Bain because I quickly realized that I needed to go small to work on the problems I cared about. My own struggles with mental health led me to join an industry-defining mental health tech startup, as employee #12 on the B2B side. Since then, I’ve led the growth of a team from 12 to 40+, developed the strategy to grow B2B revenue from 5% to 20% of the company, supported the product and data side of an acquisition, and worked directly with C-level executives and Board Members across every function of startup and enterprise technology companies (I reported to the President and COO). In 2021, I turned my personal and career coaching side hustle into a business, founding S&S Peak Performance, where I work with young professionals to help them design, build and live more intentional and fruitful lives. My part-time job as a coach is the most fulfilling aspect of my life. As a coach, I strive to bring an honest, fresh perspective to career development. My process is highly collaborative and deeply personal. I work with you to facilitate a process of self-discovery, which we use as a springboard for crafting your resume and uniquely compelling story. I also bring in tactical advice and guidance from my work with 30+ individuals on interview preparation and resume professionalization both for premier consulting firms and career changes.
